Gracemere Market Report 25/09/2024
GRACEMERE CATTLE SALE WEDNESDAY 25TH SEPTEMBER 2024
Gracemere Combined Agents saw an increased yarding of 4,579 head this week consisting of 2,464 Steers, 1,606 Heifers, 423 Cows, 41 Cows & Calves and 45 Bulls. Cattle were drawn from Charters Towers in the North, South to Gympie, out to Middlemount and all local areas in between. The quality and condition of cattle were generally good, although there were lines of very light condition cattle penned through out some categories. Competition was good on most lines, however young cattle are still harder to market, especially in the heifer market.
