Nebo Market Report 24th April

NEBO CATTLE SALE Friday 24th April 2020

Combined agents at Braeside Saleyards Nebo yarded a total of 365 head consisting of 116 Steers, 15 Cows, 214 Heifers, 16 Cows and Calves and 4 Bulls.
Cattle were drawn from Bloomsbury, Proserpine, Mt Coolon and Nebo local areas.
A smaller yarding this month had less of the Southern buyers operating however, With the good quality lines of cattle on offer the buyers panel that were present competed strongly on all descriptions.

G & P Neilson ‘Annandale Station’ Nebo- Sold Charbray No.9 Steers for 306c/kg weighing 321kg to return $984.  They also sold Charbray Heifers for 265c/kg weighing 321kg to return $852.
Olderfleet Cattle Company, ‘Olderfleet Station’ Mt Coolon- Sold No.8 Brahman Cross Steers for 288c/kg weighing 388kg to return $1,120.
Keith Perry ‘Braeside Station’ Nebo- Sold good quality No.9 Charbray Steers to 318c/kg weighing 320kg to return $1018
Lisa Wallace, ‘Ridgelands Station’ St Lawrence-  Sold Brahman Cows & Calves to return $1,300/unit
