GRACEMERE CATTLE SALE WEDNESDAY 15TH APRIL 2026
Gracemere Combined Agents saw an increased yarding this week with 2,353 head, coming to hand, consisting of 1,080 Steers, 811 Heifers, 301 Cows, 19 Cows & Calves, 91 mickies & 51 Bulls. The fat market realised a moderate positive trend with the feeder portion attracting strong competition from southern support to lift the market. Feeder heifers were of minimal numbers and quality to quote accurately with the secondary types softening significantly. Re-stocker steers met outstanding competition to achieve an increasing average for the quality of calves presented. Weaner heifers were solid on last week’s prices and achieved stronger demand for the correct articles.
